Product Return Policy
We offer a 7-Day replacement and exchange policy for all of our products, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers. If you encounter any issues with your purchase within 10 days of delivery, you can request a replacement or exchange.
Please note that during the return process, the buyer will be responsible for arranging the forward courier. Once the product in question is received at our warehouse and all accessories, tags, and packaging have been carefully inspected, the replacement process will take 3 to 5 working days to complete.
In the event that the replacement product is not available, we will either upgrade the product or refund the amount to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible service and ensure their satisfaction with every purchase.
How does Exchange work?
If you wish to exchange a product, please send us an email [ info@ombasegroup.com] with your order number, phone number, and the reason for exchange. Please use the subject line “Exchange Request – [Order Number]”.
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, along with all tags, packaging, and accessories (if any), we will perform a quality check for 2 to 3 working days. After the quality check is completed, we will provide you with a coupon code of the same amount as the returned product. This coupon code can be used to purchase the same product or any other products available on our website.
If the cost of the new product is more than the value of the coupon code, you will be required to pay the difference using our website’s payment gateway. Please note that any remaining credit on the coupon cannot be re-used, so it’s essential to use the full value of the coupon while re-ordering the product.

Refund/Cancellation
We do not have a refund policy on our store, but we do offer exchanges for wrong or faulty products. If you encounter any issues with your product, you can request an exchange within 7 Days of receipt of your shipment. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, without any liquid damage, and in the original packaging.
